The lateral road should connect the backset road with the beachfront road through the eastern cell boundary. The feeder road should follow the contours to provide access to the cell.
EIA Development could follow the natural or traditional architecture.
Implementation is only possible once the backset road has been constructed. Only concessionaires who have already submitted plans would be allowed to develop.
