SCHOOL CORNER Palm Sunday

The branches we receive on Palm Sunday remind us of the willingness with which Jesus went to Jerusalem even though it meant death for him. We join those who fol- lowed him into Jerusalem with joy, not knowing what be- ing his disciple would cost.

When we place some branches in the our home, near the cross and the scriptures, they are a sign that we are will- ing to pay the price of following him. And we have been following him all during Lent. The last week of Lent will speed by, bringing us to the sacred three days of the Triduum. Then the Church around the world remembers the dying and rising of Jesus our Savior.

Call the Faith Formation Office at 788-1451 to sign-up.
