the distinguished chefs of the Syracuse Chapter of the American Culinary Federation have once again come together to plan, prepare and present this evening’s adventure which, thanks to your generosity, will raise critical funds for the American Red Cross of Central New York.

toniGht we return to an exciting venue – presenting the skills and imagination of the finest chefs of Central New York in a dramatic and exciting display of showmanship as the many treats for this evening are prepared before your eyes in our Kitchen Arena. Building on the fun and excitement of last year’s inaugural event, we have even more Chefs with a dazzling array of culinary treats.

We hope you will also enjoy the broad array of items and experiences available for your bidding in our Silent Auction, prepared by Chair David Snyder and his great committee. The auction presents dozens of new and exciting items and experiences for your bidding pleasure. Please be sure to visit the special American Culinary Federation auction table for dining opportunities presented by some of tonight’s Chefs.

We are pleased to serve as the hosts for this memorable evening. While we enjoy the festivities tonight, let’s remember that we are here to help the countless people who are touched each and every day by the American Red Cross. It is the continued support and generosity of our guests and sponsors that provide the opportunity to rebuild lives, teach life-saving courses and make the difference for people in need, down the street, across the country and around the world.
