Jerry Bolton Executive Chef, Oncenter Complex President, ACF Syracuse Chapter
Chef Bolton has been a member of the American Culinary Federation Syracuse Chapter since it was formed in 1984 and has held many positions over the years including Sergeant at Arms, Vice- President, Treasurer and currently serves as President. The ACF chapter awarded Chef Bolton the Chef Professionalism award in 2008 and the chef of the year award in 1990. His culinary career includes 23 years of Great Chef Dinners and of his 16-year career with the Oncenter Complex, Chef Bolton has served 14-years as Executive Chef.
Mary Kiernan, PCII, CCC School of Hospitality Management, Syracuse University Vice-President, ACF Syracuse Chapter
Chef Kiernan currently instructs restaurant operations in the School of Hospitality Management, Syracuse University. Vice-President of ACF, Syracuse Chapter; Pro Chef Certification Advisory Board Member, Culinary Institute of America; Co-chair for Skills USA Culinary Salon. She currently holds chapter Chef of the Year 2010, earned the Aspiring Chef Award 2008 and two (2) bronze medals in hot food competitions.
Chef Randall Colman Chef de Cuisine Inn Between Restaurant, Camillus Secretary, ACF Syracuse Chapter
As an active and a founding member of the Syracuse Chapter of the Americana Culinary Federation, Chef Colman currently serves as Secretary and Educational Chair and received their Chef of the Year Award in 2007. Chef Randall Colman’s culinary career spans over 40 years in the hospitality field including 23 years as chef instructor at Sullivan County Community College.

Chef Cesta is a founding member, past President, Vice-President, Secretary, Chairman of the Board and current Treasurer of the ACF, Syracuse Chapter. He earned his chef certification at the Executive Chef level in 1988 and is the recipient of numerous awards and honors for recipe contests, culinary competitions and ice sculpting. In 2002, he received “Business person of the year” from the Camillus Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded Chef of the Year from the ACF, Syracuse Chapter in 1989 and again in 2009.
Paul Midgley Personal Chef Sgt. at Arms, ACF Syracuse Chapter
Chef Midgley currently serves as Sgt. at Arms for the ACF, Syracuse Chapter, served as Executive Chef of the Great Chefs Dinner in 2008 and received the chapter’s Chef of the Year award in 2008. Chef Paul has been working as a personal chef and caterer for the past couple of years. Paul’s goal is to open a restau- rant of his own.
