Chef Sale is a devoted chef and active leader in the culinary field aspiring to acquire as much knowledge in all aspects of the industry. He participates in many charitable events within the community. As Executive Chef of the Linklaen House for the past six years, he has earned several achievement awards through the New York State Restaurant Association.

Specializing in Lebanese Cuisine, chef Julie Ann Sageer a.k.a. “Julie Taboulie” draws from her old world family recipes while keeping true to her timeless traditions and culinary customs. Julie Ann shares her energy, enthusiasm and expertise of her homelands distinctive and delicious dishes through her regular television cooking segments “Cooking with Julie Taboulie” as well as her on-going Cooking Classes, Demonstration and Tastings, Special Events and Appearances that she currently hosts throughout the Central New York and Finger Lake region.

Ann Pellegrino is a competition pastry chef and an American Culinary Federation gold, silver and bronze medalist. She owns The Gingersnap Bakery in Phoenix where she specializes in cakes for all occasions.

Tim Brown Executive Chef Mohegan Manor (since August 2008)

Chef Tim has spent the last 10 years learning his craft in some of Syracuse top restaurants. He doesn’t focus on any one type of cuisine, but loves to cook anything interesting and full of flavor.

Jamie Laurin Instructor Recreational Cooking Onondaga Community College

Jamie is currently pursuing a college degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts. Since 2003, Jamie has been an active member in the ACF Syracuse Chapter and participant in many Great Chef Dinners.
