Course Reception – Friday, November 7, 2014 Attendees are cordially invited to join the course faculty for the Course Reception on Friday, November 7, 2014. This casual reception will include a tour of the new Sports Medicine Center located in the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC). Following the tour, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served in the subway level of the DAHLC. Pre-

registration is requested.


Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at each of the following downtown Rochester hotels. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of October 16, 2014, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Invited Guest Speaker Mark Verstegen Founder and President, EXOS Mark Verstegen is recognized as one of the world’s most innovative human performance experts. Verstegen pioneered the concept of integrated performance training and has brought that system to the world’s top athletes, teams, and sports organizations; the United States military; and leading companies, such as Intel, Walgreens, Tesla, and Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. As the founder and president of EXOS (formerly Athletes’ Performance and Core Performance), Verstegen leads more than five hundred employees at the company’s performance centers in Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas, as well as supplying international support to top athletes and organizations.

Keynote Speaker Rick Wright, M.D. Washington University Physicians Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis Dr. Wright is the Dr. Asa C. and Mrs. Dorothy W. Jones Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Residency Director and Co-Chief of Sports Medicine for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, Missouri. He is also the head team physician for the St. Louis Blues and team physician for the St. Louis Rams. Dr. Wright is the founding member of MOON (Multi-center Orthopaedic Outcomes Network), as well as the principal investigator for MARS (Multi-

center ACL Revision Study).
