Guidelines You must be at least 17 years old to donate blood. Please bring a photo ID or your blood donor card. Please eat a good meal about 1-2 hours prior to donating. Additional guide- lines are posted on the intranet 2-3 weeks before each Blood Drive: American Red Cross guidelines and Tribal resolution #4-5-95-A.
