Q. Are there changes to the job posting process?
A. Yes, the Management and Employment Review Procedures (MERP) were rescinded by the Business Committee in May. The MERP contained many of the job posting processes.
Here are some of the changes:
Job posting procedures for new and vacant positions will come from the Personnel Policies and Procedures
(Blue Book), unless otherwise directed by the respective Joint Executive Team member.
New position requests are now part
of the Tribal budget process under the Budget Director.
A revised Request to Post Form
(used to initiate posting a position) is on the Intranet under Frequently Used Forms.
