8.1 TIME. These covenants and restrictions shall run with said land and shall be binding upon all portions and all persons claiming them for a period of twenty‑five (25) years from date at which time said covenants shall be automatically extended for a successive ten (10) years unless any instrument signed by a majority of the then recorded owners of the land agree to change said covenants in whole or in part, is executed and recorded.
BINDING OF HEIRS, ETC. The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, administrators, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Time is of the essence in each and every provision of these Agreements.
