SECTION II. - INTRODUCTION

Method of Instruction: CO.  Instructor to student ratio is: 1:18.

Time of instruction:      minutes

MOTIVATOR:  The Aircrew Training Program consists of qualification, refresher, mission, and continuation training.  The goal of the program is to develop mission-ready aviation units.

NOTE:  The instructor may use a motivator of his or her choice as long as it gains the

      students’ attention, states the need for this training, and explains the terminal

      learning objective.  The instructor must relate the motivator to the Aircrew

      Training Program (ATP).

TERMINAL LEARNING OBJECTIVE (TLO):

NOTE: Slide-2, Read, or have one of the students read, the TLO requirements.

     At the completion of this block of instruction student will:

ACTION:  Employ ATP standards.

CONDITION:  As a company commander, standardization officer, evaluator or unit trainer in a combat aviation unit.

STANDARD:  In accordance with (IAW) TC 1-210, FM 25-101, AR 95-1, and the appropriate Aircrew Training Manual (ATM).

SAFETY REQUIREMENT:  None.

RISK ASSESSMENT LEVEL:  Low.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS:  None.

EVALUATION:  Each student will be evaluated by a Practical exercise administered at the end of this block of instruction.
