Order Process

The following order process should be followed to change an existing Qwest Commercial Broadband Service (ATM-based DSL) service to Qwest  IP broadband service in instances where interference has been determined and Qwest has advised that the alternative Qwest IP broadband is available.

Requests changing from ATM to IP Broadband service cannot be combined with any other types of order activity.

When requesting a change of the existing Qwest Commercial Broadband Service, submit to Qwest one LSR indicating the following:
