Preconditions: The visitor is viewing the Validator Page, Validate Metadata Page, Validate Software Page, Validate Glossary Entry Page, and Change Validator Information Page.

Postconditions: The visitor is viewing the Validator Help Page.

The system redirects the visitor to the Validator Help Page and to the section associated with the page from which the visitor came from.

General Constraints

The following constraints are recognized.

The database management system will be Oracle. The Oracle system will run on a server, and the user will access the server via the Internet.

The clients may change the database from Oracle to some other commercial product. The design should minimize the impact of this change.

The system will be completed by December 1, 2004.

Developed with intent of integrating with GEON: use .NET platform

Assumptions and Dependencies

A windows compatible version of all the External Programs will be made available.

Examples of data sets will be made available prior to November 2004.

The PACES server will be a HP Proliant DL380, Dual processor, Intel XEON 3.2 GHz with Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition.
