& a visual aid is created for participants to see key issues for student and the proposed interventions.   A seat recorder transfers the visual model to regular- sized paper as a record of meeting.

& the seat recorder clarifies information documented on regular-sized paper  and how it represents the visual aid and what was discussed at the meeting.
