Taking a look at the breakdown of neighborhoods where our apartment rentals occurred, it continues to be that Midtown West / Chelsea and the East Village / Lower East Side represent al- most 60% of total rentals booked. This largely is caused by New York Habitat’s inventory. A high proportion of high quality reasonably priced apartments are available in these neighborhoods. New York Habitat continues to strive to expand our inventory into other Manhattan neighborhoods to offer clients the best possible selection of apartments to meet their needs.
