Please Note:

  • 1.

    Tight Turn Around 32-37 & 38-45 Walk down first and check it out before proceeding. This area is recommended for tents and smaller units only.

  • 2.

    Site Suggestions Larger RV’s - 1-10 & 12-33 Smaller RV’s / Tents -10A,34-37&38-43 Walk-In Tent Sites Only - 44 & 45

Site Information

  • 1.

    Daily permit fee is $12 per day including HST, per vehicle unit ($6 per day for seniors over age 65 or disabled persons). Please note CASH ONLY.

  • 2.

    There are 50 sites at 2-Mile, of which 10 of these are designated premium lakefront sites with no Seniors discount (#12,13,13A,22,23,37,40,41,42,43). There is no reservation system in effect.

  • 3.

    "Take out what you bring in". There are no garbage facilities on site. The Cherryville landfill is open Tuesday and Saturday.

  • 4.

    Bring your own drinking water.

  • 5.

    There are no electrical or water hook-ups for RV's.

  • 6.

    There is no cell phone coverage here and the closest public pay phone is in Cherryville.

  • 7.

    Provincial regulation prohibits ATV's and dirt bikes off trailer in the campground - Use designated ATV Staging Area.

  • 8.

    Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The gate is locked at this time.

  • 9.

    No fireworks allowed (Section 31 of the Wildfire Act).

  • 10.

    Check-out time is noon and maximum stay is fourteen (14) days.

  • 11.

    Firewood is available for $5 per bundle or feel free to bring your own wood (no nails, please).

  • 12.

    The Host Couple, Jules and Elaine, live on Site 11 from May to the end of September.

  • 13.

    Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. No dogs allowed within marked swimming area on Main Beach (Please pick up after your pets).

  • 14.

    The Lumby RCMP make regular patrols in this area.

  • 15.

    Please restrict use of generators to between 8:00am - 10:00am and 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
