should be done 24-hours prior to the scheduled lesson via a phone call to the instructor. You will not be charged if you call in advance.

  • Changes in scheduled drive times, such as switching with other students, is the preferred manner of dealing with scheduling conflicts rather than cancellations. The student originally scheduled is responsible to notify the instructor four (4) hours prior to a scheduled appointment if a switch is to occur.

  • If school is canceled due to bad weather it does not necessarily mean that driving times or classes are cancelled. Students will be notified by their instructor if drive times or classes are cancelled.


  • Classroom demeanor is to be businesslike. We expect that each student treat teachers and fellow students with respect. Disruptive behavior, rude behavior or profanity will be corrected using the following procedure: 1st offense – verbal warning, 2nd offense - a phone call will be placed to the parent/guardian, 3rd offense – parents will be notified and the student will be dismissed from the course with no refund regardless of when in the course the dismissal occurs.

  • No cell phones are to be used in class or during drive times/observation times. This includes texting or web browsing.

  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the classroom or the cars except for water and water only.

  • Students may not enter any area of our host building except those designated for the driving school. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the course with no refund.

  • A student will be dis-enrolled from the course with no refund for any of the following behaviors: sexual harassment; smoking on school premises, vandalism of any sort, drug use or alcohol use, or cheating. This will be a zero tolerance policy with no opportunity for re-enrollment.

  • A student whose privilege to operate a motor vehicle is suspended or revoked by the state of NH will not be permitted to take this course, If suspension or revocation happens while the student is enrolled, he/she will not be allowed to continue in the course and will be withdrawn. The financial policies outlined in this document will apply concerning refunding of money.


  • The cost for the course is $605. A $150.00 deposit is required to guarantee a seat for a course. The $455.00 balance is due the first night of class.

  • The deposit will be forfeited if an enrolled student does not attend a course for which they were accepted or if he/she withdraws after the 1st class.

  • $300.00 will be refunded if a student withdraws before class #6.

  • No refund will be given if a student withdraws after 7 class meetings or after 4 driving lessons are completed.

  • Failure to give notification of IEP may result in course failure and loss of tuition according to the process above.

  • If a student does not successfully complete the course as outlined below, no refund will be given.

  • A $30.00 check return fee will be charged for checks that do not clear the bank. Successful Completion Of The Course Is Defined As:

      • a.

        Driving & observation hours satisfactorily completed

    • b.

      Classroom expectations passed with a minimum of 80%.

      • c.

        Textbook returned in the condition it was given (if applicable).

      • d.

        Account paid in full (includes cancellation fees, returned check fees, or textbook replacement fees if applicable)
