DEGREE PROGRAMMES OFFERED:

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Early Childhood Care Education

Bachelor of Primary Education

with specialization in ONE of the following areas: Educational Administration Language Arts Mathematics

  • Science Social Studies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passes in at least five (5) subjects at CSEC (CXC) Gen- eral Proficiency or GCE O-Level (including English Lan- guage)

  • A Diploma from an approved Teacher Training College

  • Professional experience as a Teacher that is deemed satisfactory as entry qualification by the Faculty.

NOTE: The Certificate in Education gives entry to Level II in a corresponding discipline (e.g. Certificate in Science would give entry to B.Ed. Level II-Science.

CERTIFICATE OFFERED: The Art & Science of Coaching

FACULTY OF LAW

1st year – St. Augustine Campus 2nd and 3rd years – Cave Hill Campus

DEGREE PROGRAMME OFFERED

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) First Year Courses ONLY

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five (5) CSEC (CXC) General Proficiency (Grades I-III) or GCE O-Level subjects

  • Compulsory – English Language

  • Any two (2) 2-unit CAPE/ GCE Advanced Level subjects

OR

  • An Associate Degree from an ap- proved Tertiary Level Institute with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 and above.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Five (5) subject passes at CSEC (CXC) General Profi- ciency or GCE O-Level (including English Language)

  • A Diploma from an approved Teacher Training College

  • Or Five (5) years or more of satisfactory teaching expe- rience
