CLERK VARONA-LUKENS: NO, HE DIDN'T ADMIT TO IT RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE WE RAN SEVERAL SYSTEMS CHECKS TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW IT HAPPENED, AND THEN HE FINALLY AGREED THAT HE DID DO IT. SO HE'S NO LONGER HERE, OF COURSE.

JON FULLINWIDER: ONE OF THE DIFFICULTIES WE HAVE IS THAT, AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, SUPPORTING FIVE OFFICES, PLUS SEVERAL OTHER OFFICES, THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE HAS A RATHER COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT DOWN THERE, AND BRINGING IN A CONSULTANT AND WHILE THIS PERSON MAY BE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MICROSOFT OR WHATEVER THE PRODUCT IS THAT THEY'RE USING ET CETERA, WHAT THEY LACK, REALLY, IS THAT KNOWLEDGE BASE OF HOW EVERYTHING INTERCONNECTS AND TIES TOGETHER AND THINGS, AND THAT, YOU DON'T JUST BASICALLY HAVE AN APPRECIATION FOR UNTIL YOU'VE BEEN AND OPERATED IN THAT ENVIRONMENT FOR PROBABLY A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS. THIS INDIVIDUAL DIDN'T HAVE THAT, AND JUST MADE SOME BAD DECISIONS OUT THERE AND WE PROBABLY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB IN TERMS OF MANAGING WHAT THAT INDIVIDUAL WAS
