SUP. BURKE: IS THERE ANYONE WHO, FOR INSTANCE, COULD CARRY US THROUGH THE PROCESS WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH IN ORDER TO RESTORE, FOR INSTANCE, IN SOME OF OUR DISTRICT OFFICES OR IN OUR HOME, IF WE WANTED TO RESTORE, IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN CARRY US THROUGH A SERIES OF PROCESSES, OR DO WE HAVE TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN COME OUT AND DO EACH ONE?

JON FULLINWIDER: SUPERVISOR, THAT'S DEPENDENT, REALLY, ON THE TYPE OF OUTAGE YOU'VE EXPERIENCED. CERTAINLY SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO BUT, FOR THE MOST PART, BASED ON MY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW YOU ALL CONNECT INTO THE COUNTY, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT WE SEND SOMEBODY OUT THERE, BECAUSE THERE'S TYPICALLY ISSUES RELATED TO SOFTWARE THAT'S LOADED ON YOUR MACHINES, AND A SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONNECT TO THE COUNTY'S NETWORK. IT'S USUALLY NOT THE MACHINE ITSELF THAT'S THE PROBLEM.
