SUP. ANTONOVICH: ...WHAT HAS TAKING SO LONG TO HAVE IT RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATIONS?

JON FULLINWIDER: THE DIFFICULTIES THAT THE BOARD EXPERIENCED IN-- AND WE EXPERIENCED SIMILAR PROBLEMS AS WELL IN OUR OFFICE, WERE DIFFERENT ISSUES. YOURS RELATED TO WHAT THEY CALL LOSING A SERVICE CALLED ACTIVE DIRECTORY, WHICH BASICALLY PROVIDES THE ABILITY FOR YOU ALL TO CONNECT TO YOUR LARGER SYSTEM, ET CETERA. IT'S NOT CLEAR WHAT CAUSED THAT TO OCCUR. THERE WAS SOME SPECULATION THAT ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS THAT VIOLET HAD ENGAGED DID SOMETHING INCORRECTLY. THERE WAS DIFFICULTY IN RECOVERING IT, AND THERE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE DIFFICULTY IN RECOVERING IT. I MEAN, IT'S ONE THING TO HAVE THE DIFFICULTY, IT'S ANOTHER THING TO FIND OUT THAT YOU CAN'T RECOVER IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT HAS BEEN RECOVERED AT THIS POINT IN TIME.
