Stretch arms sideways, then crosswise. 10X
Stretch arms sideways, pull over to side rotating upper trunk. Do 5X each side
Stretch arms forward, lift upper arm and rotate sideways until floor is touched. Include head and trunk rotation during exercise. Repeat other side and do 5X each.
C. STOMACH LYING
Extend arms backward, lift and stretch 5X
Extend arms forward, lift and stretch 5X
Head exercises – rotation sideways 5X, bending chin up down 5X, tilting sideways each 5X,
Extend chin 5X.
Circle shoulders backwards 5-10X, forward 5-10X.
Hands on head – rotate trunk 5X, sideflex 5X.
Stretch triceps twice – Put hand behind neck and pull on elbow.
Interlock fingers, extend arms, roate plams forward, maintain rpolonged stretch. Do once
Wrist stretches- in flexion , in extension, one had assisting the other in prolonged fashion- do once.
Extend tongue slowly and hold for 5 counts –2 to3 X. Looks weird!!!
Jaw drop 5X, poke forward 5X, move jaw sideways 5X each side.
Do low circular massage with fingertips on temples.
Do slow circular massage on muscles of mastication.
After stretching relax for at least 20 minutes in inclined position
When tired, do less repeats
Break up schedule in A, B etc and do during the day at intervals when tired
Most exercises can be done in the pool
