Chairman to provide the SCADA Display of their system to the SLDC control room immediately in line with the provisions of Connectivity Code of CEA and as per the provisions of Delhi Grid Code in order to ensure integrated grid operations for achieving maximum economy and efficiency in the operation of the Power Systems in Delhi. NDMC and MES were advised by the Chairman to make provisions for providing connectivity to SLDC in their SCADA system being installed for their respective areas.

Active Power, Reactive Power, P.F., Current & Voltage:
From all the Exchange Points.
Exchange point-wise summary of Active Power & Reactive Power drawal.
Status of Under-frequency scheme integrated in the SCADA system.
Status of Circuit Breakers for all the Exchange Point Feeders.
Schedule, Drawal and UI details.
Maximum / Minimum Load for the day and previous day with time.
Load shedding details.
By Each Generating Station:
Active and Reactive Power Generation.
Schedule, generation and UI details.
Exchange point-wise summary of Active Power & Reactive Power sent out.
Details of the data to be provided by the utilities shall be communicated separately by SLDC after the details are finalized by the sub-group, to be formed as per the discussions taken in the SLDC Co-ordination meeting held on 22-8-2008 at BTPS.
3. Reactive Power Drawal at the Inter-Exchange points.
Chairman, GCC raised the issue of Reactive Power Drawal at the Inter-Exchange points in the Delhi system. All the Distribution Licensees/Deemed Distribution Licensees were advised to work out their Reactive Power requirement and plan the addition of Capacitors accordingly. They were also advised to conduct an audit survey for every feeder and determine the reactive power requirement feeder-wise and accordingly install LT switched capacitors on LT side of distribution transformers in order to avoid Reactive power drawal through the feeder.
