Audit the complete statement of the State UI and the State Reactive Energy account tabled by the SLDC by its Commercial Sub-Committee; and
Such other matters as may be directed by the Commission from time to time.
4. Secretariat of GCC
4.1 GCC shall perform the following duties namely;
Keep custody of records of proceedings of the Committee, subcommittees and working groups of the GCC.
Prepare agenda for the Committee and Sub-Committee meetings.
Prepare minutes of Committee and Sub-Committee meetings.
Take follow-up action on the decision taken in the Committee & Sub- Committee meetings.
Maintain archive of data and information pertaining to operating parameters, protection system and communication system of Delhi power system.
Collect from constituent members or other offices, companies, firms or any other party as may be directed by Committee, such information as may be considered useful for the efficient discharge of functions of the Committee under the Grid Code and place the information before the Committee and its sub-committees.
4.2The duties and responsibility envisaged under Delhi Grid Code require that DGC shall review by GCC at least once in every twelve months .
4.2.1Upon completion of such review, the GCC shall send a report to the STU providing information regarding :
(a) outcome of the review ; and
(b) any proposed revisions to the DGC
4.2.3The STU shall send the report, referred in 4.2.1 to the Commission with its recommendations.
4.3SLDC shall provide to Chairperson, GCC a computer terminal to have a view of all the parameters in real time frame of Delhi Power Grid system and Regional Power Grid System.
5. Furnishing of data / information to Secretariat of GCC
SLDC and constituents of the GCC shall make available all data / information required by the Secretariat to discharge its functions or to carry out any other responsibility / function assigned to it by the Authority / Commission / Committee. It shall also be responsibility of the constituents to ensure that any data though not specifically asked for by the Secretariat, but which may be required for the specific responsibility / function assigned to the Secretariat is also made available to the secretariat
