7.Telephone, electric and cable service facilities are to be placed within rear and side yards as required by Policy Statement PS-24. All utilities shall be placed underground;
8.Any amendment to the Homes Association documents required for this replat shall be recorded with the Johnson County of Register of Deeds with this plat and prior the sale of any units.
9.This replat is intended for conveyance purposes only. All street, storm drainage, and street lighting improvements imposed on the original plat have been completed, inspected and accepted by the City.
10.The applicant is responsible for submitting a computation plat with the recording copies of the final plat. The computation plat should show the bearings and lengths of all lines, and the individual area, in square feet, of all lots, open space tracts, and right-of-ways, and the centerline miles of all newly dedicated streets. The applicant is also advised the County Engineer does not yet require all points on a plat to be based on the Kansas State Plane Coordinates although this requirement may be implemented prior to preparing the recording copies of the final plat.
