This study was performed under the terms of an Inter-Agency Agreement between the Federal Communications Commission (Ref. No. RA-FCC-0148-0) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Ref. No. RW27931344-01-8). A preliminary report of these results was presented at the Thirteenth Annual Meeting of The Bioelectromagnetics Society held in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1991 (Abstracts, page 6).
