However, some areas were very close-in to subject antennas, and persons would ordinarily not be present. These are maximum readings and time-averaging aspects of exposure guidelines are not taken into account. IEEE (1991) limits used are those for "uncontrolled environments" (IEEE C95.1-1991 has been adopted by ANSI and designated ANSI/IEEE C95.1-1992).
