1. The Landlord lets to the Tenants the property at

   (referred to in this agreement as ‘the premises’) for the term of twelve                   

   months from the 1st July 2009 to 30th June 2010.

2. The rent shall be £             per week for the premises which shall be paid

    By twelve monthly instalments of £                    due on the first of each

   Made payable to A & K GNYLA to be refunded to the Tenants at the end

4. The Tenancy has been granted on the terms set out in this document.

5. This Agreement is intended to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy as

   Defined in Section 20 of the Housing Act 1988 and the provisions for the

   Recovery of possessions by the Landlord in Section 21 thereof apply

   Accordingly.
