The Landlord is entitled to seek possession of the premises by
Serving on the Tenants a formal notice which describes the grounds
Under which the possession is being sought. The period of notice
Will be either two weeks or two months, depending on the grounds
Specified in the notice, in compliance with the Housing Act 1988.
3.4 The term of this Agreement is agreed by the parties named herein
And the required amount of notice given by the tenant shall be no
Less than one month, which shall be given one full month before the
Tenancy expires. If the required amount of notice is not received, part
Or all the security deposit may be forfeit.
NB. IN NO SITUATION WHATSOEVER DOES THE LANDLORD OR ANY OF HIS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR ANY
OTHER BELONGINGS LEFT BY THE TENANT OR ASSOCIATED PARTIES EITHER BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE TENANCY.
WE ADVISE ALL TENANTS TO OBTAIN ADEQUATE INSURANCE FOR ANY SUCH BELONGINGS AS SOON AS THEY ARE LEFT IN
