For the purposes of this report, U.S. import data for Korea (and nonsubject countries) are compiled from official Commerce statistics based only on the HTS numbers listed in Commerce’s initiation notices; data for China also include U.S. imports entered under 4811.59.2000 and 4811.90.8000; data for U.S. imports from Indonesia are based on responses to the Commission’s foreign producer questionnaire. 13
