Anodized Aluminum Fuel Line

Lightweight, inexpensive and easy to use, Russell’s anodi ed aluminum fuel line is available in three si es to fit virtually any fuel system. Used where a flexible fuel line is not required, it is easily contoured to route along frame rails and chassis tubes. Connect to fuel line adapters using Russell tube nuts and tube sleeves and a 37˚ flaring tool or our new Hard Tube Adapters.

  • Available in 25 ft. rolls of either 3/8”, 1/2” or 5/8” O.D.

  • Two color choices: red and blue anodi e

  • For use with 37˚ flare adapter fittings using the Russell Tube Nut/Tube Sleeve combination or our new Hard Tube Adapters

  • Used for routing the fuel line along frame rails and to Y-Blocks or pump to carburetor

How To Install Hard Tube Adapters On Aluminum Fuel Line

STEP 1: Using a ha ksaw or tubing utter, ut the tube to the desired length. It is important to keep the end of the tube straight.

STEP 2: With the adapter unassembled, put the (red) so ket over the tube first. Next, slide the brass ollar over the tubing. Insert the tube into the adapter until it bottoms out. Tighten the two together. The two omponents rush the internal ollar down on the tube to a hieve the seal. Note: On e assembled, be sure to he k for noti eable seepage.
