FlexGuard™ Hose Sleeving
FlexGuard™ Hose Sleeving is an economical way to dress up your engine compartment without the expense of stainless steel hose. It is designed for easy slip-over installation on existing hoses. FlexGuard™ Hose Sleeving delivers both appearance and added reliability. Used in conjunction with Russell Tube Seal™ Hose Ends to duplicate the appearance of professional racing hoses and fittings.

How To Install Sleeving
STEP 1: Unroll sleeving but do not ut before installation onto the hose.
STEP 2: Expand the sleeving by putting your finger inside and pushing toward your hand. Expand enough to over your hose.
STEP 3: Slide sleeving onto your hose. Keep the sleeving expanded, working it down the hose slowly until it is ompletely overed. Run the sleeving approximately 1/2” past the end of the hose.
STEP 4: Wrap tape around the end of the hose to se ure the sleeving. Pull the sleeving tight. Tape the other end. Now ut the sleeving from the roll using s issors. Trim both ends.
STEP 5: Take the Tube Seal™ ends, tighten hose lamp down as small as possible and insert inside of Tube Seal™, then open up lamp to expand Tube Seal™ and slide onto hose past the tape ends. Slowly remove the tape from the hose, slip over the fitting, slide the Tube Seal™ end into position, tighten se urely.
