We are going to modernize the structure. Roy: what style are you trying to adhere to? Will it fit the style of the neighborhood? Ian: You need to get a designer for the outside to make sure our Community goes forward in a good aesthetic way. You’re trying to get this in because you know what the regs are now, you don’t know what the regs will be in the near future. Peggy: I don’t think our job is to try to determine what you are going to do in the future. I recommend that you hire a professional in the neighborhood so that you can do it up right.
