clients at the Posts, at that same time we will start bringing on local agencies who are ready to do that and we will see how the system progresses.
Mike Dearinger stated IDACS and the Systems and Programming staff have the RFP with a checklist that can be checked to make sure that the deliverables are there. System users will not know whether they are supposed to do something or not. IDACS and the System Programmers will do most of the acceptance testing.
In answer to another question, Mr. Smith said this system works as a web based application and allows printing of lengthy documents. The workstation application has automatic log file capabilities of archiving and retrieving.
Over the next two (2) months, there will be Train the Trainer Sessions that will be sponsored by DataMaxx at regional locations and when agencies are about ready to come on line, they can get their training scheduled within a couple of months of readiness.
New Agencies/Additional Terminals
After receiving favorable recommendations from the System Security Officers and the System Coordinator, the following new terminal agencies and additional terminals have been approved. (See the enclosed attachments to the minutes).

After receiving favorable recommendation from the System Coordinator,
the Chairman approved seven (7) IDACS operators with an arrest record. was based on there being no felony convictions.

Mr. Dave Smith had basically covered the phases of training earlier, but Mr. Dearinger gave a brief summary of the training of the IDACS Section during the last three (3) weeks.
