Assessment The assembly line was successful in creating the product. The florist who was to use the puffs in the corsages was the judge of whether or not the puffs were of high quality. (They were!)

Practitioner Reflection Next time, I would add tying ribbons and wiring the carnation to the scope of the project. I believe the learners could have also successfully finished the corsages. The activity was helpful in promoting teamwork and accurately performing work, which are vital in real-life situations. I would also add the discussion of ergonomics into plans to set up the assembly line next time.
