ou’ve Got it Made in the Shade with Great Rates and erms from CACU!

A Summer Loan from CACU can give you the money for a long overdue family vacation, back-to-school shopping, education expenses...or whatever you need! To get started, complete the mini-application on page 2 and return it to CACU — then you’ll have it made in the shade with the funds you need this summer.

IMPORTANT ChANges to Courtesy Pay!

The Federal Government has made changes to Regulation E regarding the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. As a result, starting August 15, 2010, all CACU members who would like to continue using the Courtesy Pay program must provide written consent.

Courtesy Pay will still extend the same great features you have come to love and enjoy over the years, such as providing overdraft protection up to $500, as well as overdraft protection for electronic payments to third parties. These features avoid you the embarrassment of returned items. Best of all, there is no charge for opting in to Courtesy Pay. You will simply be charged $29 each time CACU pays an overdraft.

In order to use Courtesy Pay, you must Opt-In by completing an Opt-In form, either in person, by mail or fax, or by emailing CACU at service@cacuonline.org with your name and account number no later than August 3, 2010.

Please note that after August 15, 2010 the Courtesy Pay program will not be available to you until an Opt-In form is signed, returned, and received by CACU.
