Nowadays, everything is moving rapidly and changing with a continuous acceleration in every aspect of every day human life. This reality leads to an intensive effort to reform the curriculums of modern education so as to provide the next generations with the ability to cope with the challenges and the demands of the new era.
The reform of educational system should be done through globalization, localization and individualization. The combination of the three elements – globalization, localization and individualization – is a continuous interactive procedure between individuals, local societies and the global village. Everything is acting rapidly towards the creation of a global village in which the three elements will be already linked through the net and the new Information Technology systems.
