operation of the trunk road network.


Prior to the occupation of.any part of the development details of the proposed alterations to the signal timings at the A80 Crowwood Roundabout and the co-ordination and linkage of the signals at the site access to the roundabout signals shall be submitted to, approved and implemented to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority, in consultationwith SEETLLD - TRNMD.

In the interests of road safety and to ensure that there is no detrimental impact on the operation of the trunk road network.


Car parking provision on the site shall comply with the National Maximum Car Parking Standards as defined in SPPl7.

To be consistent with the requirements of SPPl7 and PAN 75 'Planning for Transport'.


Within three months from the date of this consent, or prior to the commencement of construction on site, whichever is sooner, a comprehensive Travel Plan that sets out proposals for reducing the dependency on the private car shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority, in consultation with the SEETLLD - TRNMD. The Travel Plan will identify the measures to be implemented, the system of management, monitoring, review, reporting and the duration of the plan. This will include, inter alia, details of:- Cycle parking provision and location within the site; Welfare facilities to be provided for staff; Connections to the existing pedestrian and cycle networks adjacent to the site and the new pedestrian crossing facilities incorporatedwithin the modified site access; Mode share targets for all modes of travel to the site; Appropriate monitoring procedures; Person responsible for the implementation and management of the plan.

Mode share targets within the Travel Plan shall be set and reviewed by the Planning Authority every 2 years, after consultation between the occupiers of the site, the Planning Authority and SEETLLD - TRNMD. Based on information with the Transport Assessment the initial target shall be that no more than 70% of staff shall travel to work as car driver.
