Permission is being sought for the erection of licensed bookmakers. The application site is an infill development at No 76 Whifflet Street, Coatbridge which is an existing public house. The upper floor of the public house is not in use.
The extension will be
metres in width at the front and 9.7 metres in width to the rear due to the shape
of the infill site and will extend in depth to 23 metres. The extension will have a pitched slate roof at a
6.9 metres to the front with a flat roof to the rear of the proposed extension. Facing materials
will match the existing public house.
