That the existing play equipment, boundary fencing and associated landscaping shall be removed from the site and the ground re-instated to amenity land, all to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.
To define the permission.
That before the development hereby permitted starts, a scheme of landscaping, including any earth moulding, hard landscaping, grass seeding and turfing, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the PlanningAuthority.
To enable the PlanningAuthority to consider these aspects.
That within 6 months of the approval of the details required by Condition 3 above, all earth moulding, hard landscaping, grass seeding and turfing included in the scheme of landscaping shall be completed and any elements which die, are removed, damaged or become diseased, within two years shall be replaced within the following year.
In the interests of amenity.
That following completion of the works required under condition (4) above, the ground shall form part of the land included within the management and maintenance scheme approved under the terms of condition n0.5 of Planning Permission C/01/0142O/FUL dated lothSeptember 2002.
