1.

That the Hazardous Substances approved for storage under the terms of this consent shall be kept or used in accordance with the application particulars provided in Form 1 submitted as part of this application, and shall not be kept or used outside the area(s) marked for storage of the substances, on the plans hereby approved.

Reason: In the interests of public safety and to ensure compliance with the details contained in the application.

2.

That the dividing walls between the individual cells within the warehouse will provide at least 30 minutes fire resistance such that they are in accordancewith the appropriate part of BS 476.
