Dear Ashland Family, Thank you for your support and encouragement during this time of transition to my new appointment as Pastor of Deer Park Grace UMC and campus ministry at Missouri Western. Thank you for the gifts I received at my going away party.

Blessings, Pastor Jeremy ____________________________________________________ Adrian (Youth Ministry Team), What a wonderful evening you, the other leaders, and youth of Ashland gave the parents and stockholders. The food was deli- cious, the service outstanding, and the program after dinner was very entertaining. Being able to meet the youth and see their en- thusiasm was so enlightening. Ashland can certainly be proud of them! They are filled with Jesus with loving and caring in their hearts. Jesus is really working in their lives. Adrian, you are doing a fantastic job!

The ―Sweet Corn Project‖ was a great success! $4,000 was raised for missions. Thanks to many who con- tributed their time and en- ergy to pick the corn, trans- port the corn, and sell the corn. Mike Niewald and the Risk-Taking Mission and Service team brought the project to us and have seen to the distribution of the money raised to provide for the ―2nd Serve‖ meals we provide at Haven House each month, to help agencies that work with children that we support each year, and to provide funds for upcoming and future Volunteer in Mission trips. A big thank you to John and Joan Hickman who took care of all things associated with planting and caring for the corn so that it was available for us to pick and sell.

The school supplies you provided have gone to the Salvation Army and from there they will be put into service by St. Joseph school kids who need those basic supplies very much.
