PCM, M & E, and LF Trainer for National HIV-AIDS Council of PNG and stakeholder NGOs to assist them develop more effective management systems to address the HIV-AIDS problem in PNG. Workshops included the LF, M & E tools, simple data management systems, stakeholder analysis, and strategic planning.
