5 STEPS TO TAKE DESIGNING THE LEARNING EXPERIENCES
Identify those students who have special needs, and start thinking about how to will adapt your instruction to ensure they can learn and achieve.
* Create a profile for each learner that lists every factor you discover about a student that could affect his/her learning, positively and negatively. Consider: learning styles, family poverty or mobility, multiple intelligences, SPED labels, musical talents, bipolar disorder, school leadership activities, fetal alcohol syndrome, learned helplessness, quirky sense of humor, parent serving overseas in military, academic giftedness, personal interests, nationality, or major events in their lives.
