PROGRAM OBJECTIVES & OVERVIEW
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is generalist degree intended for those with some practical experience who now wish to widen their managerial knowledge and skills. The philosophy underlying this Master of Business Administration is to enable our students to deal with the many facets of management. The course aims to develop skills in critical thinking, research and analysis through individual and team based work. A feature of the MBA is that it focuses on critical areas of integration but facilitates some specialisation to accommodate specific career paths.

This course is designed for managers to upgrade their skills and qualifications to prepare them to access career opportunities which become evident to them in their current employment, or new opportunities with alternative employers following completion of the course.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (INTERNATIONAL)
The Master of Business Administration is intended for people who have an undergraduate degree and/or extensive experience working within an organisation.
Applicants should have:
A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent from a recognised university
A minimum of 2 years work experience; or, willingness to undertake a one month industry immersion program in Australia at the beginning of the program
A referee’s report
IE TS: Overall band score of 6.0, with no individual sub-score below 5.5.
Applicants holding other academic or professional qualifications and/or with five years relevant work experience may also be granted admission to the program following an assessment of their ability to benefit from the course.
Selection is by formal application, which may include an interview, a referee’s report and a portfolio.
