Our partnership with the University of Ballarat enables students to obtain an internationally recognised qualification from an Australian university. International students are able to obtain a commercially desirable degree whilst studying in Adelaide.
Also, at William Light we work to ensure students experience the cosmopolitan culture of Australia and gain an appreciation of the requirements of industry in their chosen area of study. Student support officers plan and support student orientation and provide continuing support for your learning and living needs.

A Supportive Learning Culture
We pride ourselves on providing students with a high quality education, utilising the latest teaching techniques and technologies. Our academic staff are highly qualified and experienced in teaching and in supporting students. Lecturers and tutors are available to provide additional support in developing effective learning strategies and provide advisory sessions on study guidance, assignment and examination preparation.
The William Light Institute offers three semesters in one year. The intakes are in March, July and November each year. This facility enables students to fast-track their studies, completing their degrees earlier than students studying in a conventional two semester system.
