After taking a class by Jody Barrows, this class became a must to teach. Come learn the different ―options‖ that make up all of the wonderful blocks that can be made with the

  • Square in a Square‖ ruler.

It just uses 3 ―Options‖ that go together very nicely This beauti- ful quilt is from the ―Diamond by the Square‖ book by Jodi Barrows. Previous ―Square in a Square‖ basic class is required. Quilt is this years main club project. It is available in 3 color choices and 20 fabrics per coloration. The project is suitable for the beginning quilter yet offers a multitude of embellishing opportunities for the more advanced quilters. Every block of the month is easy to complete and affordable. All members receive discounts on Thimbleberries products as well as, door prizes at meetings, free patterns, refreshments, demonstra-

SNS BOOK quilt

Are you looking for some light summer reading? Then plan on joining us for the Square-n-Square Book club as we read about the Mailey family. The characters come to life in a story about women and quilting. In July we will be reading ―Liz’s Mercantile‖ and then ―Abby’s School House‖ in Aug. Weather per- mitting we will sit outside under the tree, chatting and snacking. $5. Once we have read the 1st three books we will focus on making a quilt out of each book. The Quilt pattern will be selected during the Corresponding book club meeting. In Sept we will make Liz’s Gift of ―Leaving Riverton‖ and in Oct we will select one out of ―Liz’s Mercantile‖ $25, +pattern book.
