fines) which may be incurred during the hire period. e) Shall not, without consent from Lease Options Motorhome Hire, remove the vehicle out of the UK mainland. f) Understands that no claim by the hirer for loss or damage to personal belongings or effects of the hirer or any person or persons will be considered. g) Understands that any damage to the interior of the vehicle (including cigarette burns) living or cooking equipment will be charged to the hirer in all cases and is not insurable. Damage to tyres, windows and windscreens are also not be covered by insurance.

7. Period of Hire

The times and dates of the contract of hire must be strictly adhered to

NO REFUND IS GIVEN FOR THE EARLY RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

8. CANCELLATIONS.

All cancellations must be in writing. All deposits are non-refundable. All monies due and received within 6 weeks of the commencement of hire are not refundable except the insurance excess/damage bond which is refundable provided that no other sums are unpaid by way of deposit or otherwise. Lease Options Motorhome Hire reserves the right to cancel hire if, at the commencement of hire, the driver’s licences are invalid or not according to the conditions set out above. In these circumstances the total hire charge will be forfeited. Hirers are strongly advised to insure against unavoidable cancellation.

9. Availability

While every effort is made to ensure that the vehicle reserved is available, if due to circumstances beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, the company reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative.

10. Liabilities.

The hirer is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of offences against the road traffic act and are also liable for any uninsurable damages including tyres, windscreen, and any internal
