“I have no objections in principle to the proposal.  Is the proposed garage intended to store existing coaches?  I noted from my site visit that there were a number of coaches parked in the vicinity of the proposed workshop and I assume that these can be house in the new garage?”

OFFICERS REPORT:

The application site is located within the Billings Road Industrial Estate occupying the south eastern corner of the estate occupied by the Coach Company and used as one of their depots.

The proposal is for a replacement garage workshop which has an indicated footprint of approximately 27 metres x 18 metres with a height to the ridge of roughly 8.5 metres.  The building
