The garage and access thereto must be reserved for the garaging or parking of private motor vehicles and no permanent development, whether permitted by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modifications) or not, shall be carried out on that area of land or in such position as to preclude vehicular access to the development hereby permitted.
To ensure that proper access and parking provision for use in relation to the development.
The garage must be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling and no trade or business must be carried out in, or from the premises without the prior written express consent of the Planning Authority.
In order to protect the residential amenities of the area. Prior to the beneficial occupation of the development, the windows in the side elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be fitted with and permanently retained in obscure glazing at an obscurity rating no less than level 4 in the Pilkington Glass Range (or any other equivalent rating or range).
