I.  Professional personnel paid in full or in part from IDEA, Part B funds must hold valid Oregon certification, licensing, registration or other comparable requirements that apply to the professional discipline in which those personnel are providing special education or related services.

A.  Instruction Services

Benefits associated with reported salaries.

CONTRACTED SERVICES

A contract is an agreement between two or more parties to perform a certain service for specified consideration (money or services) in return.  Cost must be reasonable in relation to the nature and scope of services rendered and necessary to accomplish the objectives of the project (OMB Circular A-87).
